In the trailer we can see a new character. In previous videos of the game, we saw that Jeanne is kidnapped and Bayonetta has to go to the Fimbulventr sacred mountain, the place that bridges the between Inferno and Paradiso and where is hidden an entry to Inferno, that's where the new character appears; a kid with powers the which seems that will have a important role in the story of the game.
Also, the director of this game, Yusuke Hashimoto, has published on the Platinum Games blog a brief message about a new feature on Bayonetta 2, called "Umbran Climax":
"In addition to the original’s gameplay system—dodging at the last minute to perform Witch Time, saving up your Magic Gauge to use Torture Attacks—Bayonetta 2 includes a new feature called Umbran Climax.
Now saving your Magic Gauge also gives you the option to unleash a combo made of successive Wicked Weave and Infernal Demon summons. This wide-ranged attack can effectively give you free rein over the battlefield.", he write.
Hashimoto also said that Platinum are “starting to reach the climax stage of development” of the game.
The game will be released this summer in Japan and in the west sometime this year.

En el tráiler podemos ver a un nuevo personaje. En videos posteriores del juego, vimos que Jeanne es secuestrada y Bayonetta tiene que ir a la sagrada montaña
Fimbulventr, el lugar que sirve de puente entre Inferno y Paradiso y donde hay una entrada oculta a Inferno, ahí es donde el nuevo personaje aparece; un niño con poderes el cual parece que tendrá un rol importante en la historia del juego.
Además, el director de este juego, Yusuke Hashimoto, ha publicado en el blog de Platinum Games un breve mensaje sobre una nueva carasterística en Bayonetta 2, llamada "Umbran Climax":
"Además del sistema de jugabilidad original,—esquivando en el último momento para realizar Tiempo Brujo, ahorrando el Medidor de Magia para usar la Ataques de Tortura—Bayonetta 2 incluye una nueva característica llamada Umbran Climax.
Ahora el ahorro del Medidor de Magia también te da la posibilidad de dar rienda suelta a un combo hecho de sucesivos Wicked Weave e invocaciones Infernal Demon. Este ataque de amplio-rango puede darte rienda suelta eficazmente sobre el campo de batalla.", escribió.
Hashimoto también dijo que Platinum está "empezando a llegar a la fase culminante del desarrollo" del juego.
El juego saldrá este verano en Japón y en algún momento del año en occidente.
