First of all we have to keep in mind something about the skill chips: according to the stats of the game, there is a total of 28 chips but we'll have only 24, 4 skill chips are missing in the game for an unknown reason yet to know.

Anyone else playing #NoMoreHeroes #TravisStrikesAgain that knows where those last 4 chips are? I think they appeared after the 1.01 update. I beat all bosses on every difficulty + spicy with at least an S rank for each as Travis. pic.twitter.com/DcxUCApCrA

Antes de nada tenemos que tener en cuenta algo sobre los chips de habilidad: según las estadísticas del juego, hay un total de 28 chips pero nosotros solo tendremos 24, faltan 4 chips en el juego por alguna razón que aún no se sabe.
