The new character is a girl called Edna, she will be voiced by Misato Fukuen, and is designed by Minoru Iwamoto.

She is a heavenly being like Miclio, and is described as a sharp-tongued girl that fights using a parasol.

She likes to make people anxious with the things she says, and states that she dislikes humans. She isn't a trusting person and keeps her guard up.

El nuevo personaje es una chica llamada Edna, a ella le pondrá voz Misato Fukuen, y está diseñada por Minoru Iwamoto.

Es un ser celestial como Miclio, y es descrita como una chica de lengua-afilada que lucha usando un parasol.

New character of Tales Of Zestiria/Nuevo personaje de Tales Of Zestiria

This new character is designed by Mutsumi Inomata, his name is Miclio and he belongs to a "Heavenly tribe", who are supposed to be immortal beings. The tribe also have the ability to manipulate the sounds of heaven in some manner.

Miclio is main protagonist Slay’s closest friend and rival, and is described as a calm character, as opposed to Slay, who’s more excitable. His element is water.

He was actually raised together with Slay since they were babies. He’s well aware that he’s from a different race, but this has never been an issue since Slay’s high spiritual power allows him to see Miclio.

The Heavenly Tribe are a mysterious race that are subject of faith. By using pure humans or materials as “vessels,” they can manipulate nature with the use of “Heaven Echo” Artes.

It is said that only humans with high spiritual powers can recognize the Heavenly Tribe, and those who agree to become their vessels are called “Monks”. The Monks can freely use Heavenly Tribe powers, but it is said that their existence is now merely a legend, as they’ve been long lost.

Este nuevo personaje está diseñado por Mutsumi Inomata, su nombre es Miclio y pertenece a la "Tribu Celestial", quienes supuestamente son seres inmortales. La tribu también tiene la habilidad de manipular de alguna manera los sonidos del cielo.

Miclio es el mejor amigo y rival del protagonista Slay, y es descrito como un personaje calmado, al contrario que Slay, quien es más exitable. Su elemento es agua.

Fue criado junto con Slay desde que eran bebés. Él es muy consciente de que es de una raza diferente, pero esto nunca ha sido un problema desde que el poder espiritual de Slay permite ver Miclio.

La Tribu Celestial son una raza misteriosa que son tema de fe. Mediante el uso de los seres humanos o materiales "recipientes", pueden manipular la naturaleza con el uso de las Artes "Heaven Echo".

New details of the plot of Tales of Zestiria/Nuevos detalles del argumento de Tales of Zestiria

This title will take us to the mainland Glynnwood, in which two countries maintain a military dispute: the Kingdom of Highland, formed by large mountainous areas and plains which are governed by bureaucrats, and the Empire of Laurence, that is a military state in which the church is getting more and more power.

From Namco Bandai say that will have various religions in this new game environment , and that these will have a major influence on the development of the story, since they are connected with a sort of Celestial Family that nobody has ever seen , except for a select few known as Doshi, who are the only ones with the ability to communicate with them. Hence, not infrequently these individuals are considered as superior beings of great power and wisdom and even messiah.

And in this context , where the evil begins to spread throughout Glynnwood, we will encounter with the protagonist of this adventure , the young Slay, that living as a child in a sanctuary not been contaminated by this wave of hate splashing the other inhabitants of this fantasy world. It is even said that could be related to the Celestial Family.

So one day, sword in hand, decides to embark on the ruins of an ancient civilization to discover more about the past, at which point he will encounter with a princess of Highland empire, Alicia , that given her limited options to inherit the throne, was trained as a knight, learning the use of the lance.

Este título nos trasladará al continente de Glynnwood, en el que dos grandes países mantienen una disputa bélica: el reino de Highland, formado por grandes áreas montañosas y llanuras que son regidas por burócratas; y el Imperio de Laurence, que es un estado militar en el que la iglesia está obteniendo cada vez más poder. 

Desde Namco Bandai aseguran que habrá varias religiones en este nuevo entorno de juego, y que estas tendrán un gran peso en el desarrollo de la historia, dado que están conectadas con una suerte de Familia Celestial a la que nadie ha visto jamás, a excepción de unos pocos elegidos conocidos como Doshi, que son los únicos con la capacidad para comunicarse con ellos. De ahí que no en pocas ocasiones a estos individuos se les considere como seres superiores de gran poder y sabiduría, e incluso mesías. 

Y en este contexto, en el que la maldad empieza a extenderse por todo Glynnwood, nos toparemos con el protagonista de esta aventura, el joven Slay, que al vivir desde niño recluido en un santuario no ha sido contaminado por esa ola de odio que salpica al resto de habitantes de este mundo de fantasía. Se dice incluso que podría estar relacionado con la Familia Celestial. 


Así que un buen día, espada en mano, decide embarcarse a las ruinas de una civilización antigua para descubrir más sobre el pasado, momento en el que se encontrará con una princesa del imperio de Highland, Alicia, que dadas sus escasas opciones para heredar el trono, fue entrenada como un caballero, aprendiendo el uso de la lanza.
