The new three characters that have been confirmed are Astaroth, Nightmare and Pyrrha. 

Also, in Soul Calibur Lost Swords we will have the opportunity to forge weapons to imbue all the upgrades.

Namco Bandai has published the introduction videos for each of these characters.
